A STA is necessary to operate transmit testing equipment to perform JCETII Tripwire Program for High Altitude Balloon Development-Communications and Testing from June 2019 to December 2019 with a transmit frequency of 2400 MHz. The transmitter will be utilized by Mobile Networked MIMO (MN-MIMO) transmitting at 4 Watts.
