The purpose of the ground to ground propagation measurements is to

validate an hybrid model that uses the forest, TIREM, and urban models to predict clutter loss in an

environment. The validation will use raw clutter data captured from the measurements collected in each

Land Use/Land Cover (LULC) classification along with handoffs to different LULCs. The ground to ground
propagation measurement will consist of a

a vehicle mounted transmitter and a receiver system that will be fixed.
