Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The proposed demonstration systems will operate in the band 9.3 - 9.7 GHz with a radiated power of up to 23W and ERP of up to 702.90W and 25W and ERP of up to 764 W.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose is to enable GOV Engineers and Test Managers from NSWC Crane Multi-Sensors Integration Branch and US Army Product Management Office for Force Protection Systems to conduct short duration system level and acceptance testing of short and long range radars integrated onto Persistent Surveillance Systems such as PSS-G Heavy and Medium variants.
