ATSC is currently evaluating integrated surveillance system solutions employing radars capable of UAS detection. An STA is necessary to conduct testing and evaluate performance of the radar as parts of a surveillance solution.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  The radar will be deployed at various locations near the Gilbert Az office and will be transmitting to detect different types of UAS and ground based targets as part of a testing program.
