Dear FCC,

I have spoken to someone and have been shown the light on what it was that you requested, I apologize
for my first response. I was under a severe case of FormFillOutitus.

The following is an email trail from the previous licensing effort and contains the NCT's and a description
of the testing we do at Dallesport Airport.

I will also upload a couple of documents with the details of the system for your understanding.

Here are the emails:

Mr. Ghaffari,
You are very welcome.
ANPC has been using the facilities at the Columbia Gorge Regional Airport (IATA: DLS, ICAO: KDLS) to
test
various revisions of its transponder-based landing system (TLS) since 1998; the company has utilized a
series of
six month special temporary authority (STA) licenses to permit radiating on the frequencies mentioned on

yesterday’s correspondence. The airport is about twenty minutes away from ANPC and over the
years ANPC has
built a working relationship with the airport personnel. Additionally the terrain features surrounding the
airport
allows ANPC to test different features of the system. Since ANPC plans on revising and adapting the
system for a
variety of potential clients and to test and incorporated product improvements over the foreseeable future,
it would
be preferable to attain an experimental license with the longest period of validity.
What differences are there between applying for a two year versus three year license in terms of fees and
effort? I
am operating under the assumption that ANPC would prefer to apply for a three year license. Could you
please
send me information on the differences between the two licenses so as to double-check with my
management
before proceeding further?
Cordially yours,
Dan O’Leary

Dear Mr. Ghaffari,
ANPC received NGT numbers from FAA Spectrum Management this past Friday (please see below). I
added the

information to a response drafted by John Church (attached) and appended it to FCC file no.
0237-EX-PL-2006
as a MS Word document. Additionally, using the “reply to correspondence” feature on the
OET Experimental
Licensing System Submit Correspondence webpage, I pasted the applicable sections of the document
mentioned
above into the space provided.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any assistance.
Best Regards, Dan O'Leary
