Some of the Marine Corps requirements such as 360 degree surveillance and guidance to multiple aircraft are not supportable in using this system. Therefore, please submit a detailed technical description of the difference between the TLS system, the Transportable TLS system being tested, and the proposed final configuration of the Transportable TLS system. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of August 04, 2003 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
