This is a follow-up email after receiving the approved STA. I see in Special Condition (3) the
main beam is specified as on azimuth 320 degrees. I checked the application and the direction
was entered in the antenna section to be 230 degrees. The TLS is aligned to provide an
approach to Runway 5. I am curious how the 320 degrees came to be, and the impact on the
validity of the STA. Then I question Special Condition (4) and think that the azimuth should be
50 instead of 140 degrees.

As an aside, I wonder if the additional condition of providing stop buzzer info to Volk Field
came about because of this discrepancy. It is not a problem to do so, but I want to be sure
everything is right.

Thank you for assistance.
