Dear Sir or Madam:

Under FAA contract, ANPC continues to test and evaluate the Transponder Landing System in Watertown,
WI. Recently the system was operating under the authorization provided by STA file number 0034-EX-
ST-2001 with the call sign WA9XGF. Power levels defined below reflect the latest analysis of the output
EIRP, and analysis work by the FAA Spectrum Management office. We request that the new STA extend
for a 180-day period, or until the site TLS is approved for integration into the NAS and the site license is
approved. All special conditions of the previous STA are still applicable.

Antenna patterns have been submitted with previous requests and are not included herein. If more
technical information is required, please call ANPC engineer John Church at (541) 386-1747 ext. 211.
