John,

As you'll see, I've applied for the STAs for Yuma, AZ as discussed with Don
Nellis last week. Again, I understand the need to get Mr. Nellis' response in
writing prior to executing these applications, but I wanted to get as much done
in preparation for that confirmation as possible. I hadn't heard from Mr.
Nellis as of COB on Friday 23 January, but will contact him on Monday to follow
up.

Unfortunately, I inadvertently input errors into these applications, and since I
don't have a confirmation code yet, I can't get in there to correct them. The
correct data are:

0034-EX-ST-2004
Site: Stoval - MCAS Arizona
Dates: 4/10 - 4/17
Lat/Long: N 32 45 14.84 W 113 37 47.82

0035-EX-ST-2004
Site: Bull (Hot) - MCAS Arizona
Dates: 4/3 - 4/10
Lat/Long: N 33 03 32.63 W 115 03 52.19

0037-EX-ST-2004
Site: Laguna (YPG) - MCAS Arizona
Dates: 3/29 - 4/3
Lat/Long: N 32 51 49.00 W 114 23 30.00

Once I get the confirmation codes, I'll fix them. Or, if it's easier for you to
amend them, you certainly may. I apologize for my mistakes, here.

Thanks, John. Let me know what you want me to do about these errors - I'll be
in touch regarding Mr. Nellis' confirmation.

Matt...
