Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
As explained in greater detail in Exhibit A, an STA is necessary to allow the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and the Big Ten Conference (Big Ten) football referees to use Adeunis Vokkero® radio system during the 2014 football season on different frequencies from the present 902-928 MHz. This change is necessary in order to avoid interference from other radio systems being used by football teams coaches, which also operate on 902-928 MHz. The STA, which seeks to operate on 900-901 MHz, is required during the 2014 football season while Adeunis RF (the parent company of Adeunis) engineers continue to make modifications to the Vokkero radio system to avoid receiving future interference, while again operating in the original 902-928 MHz band.
Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
Radio testing As discussed in Exhibit A, operation of the Vokkero radio system as a Part 15C international radiator within the 922-928 MHz band has resulted in the reception of interference from other radio systems operating on the same spectrum. Until Adeunis RF engineers can make modifications to the Vokkero radio system, it is necessary for the system to operate on other nearby frequencies
