 Supplemental Information for Experimental STA Application

     Adaptrum Inc.


This application is needed to allow timely introduction of Internet service for rural schools in a
rural area in Washington state. This equipment is TV White Space equipment manufactured by
Adaptrum. For this rural site the production model that has FCC equipment authorization does
not have adequate power so we are planning to use an external amplifier that is not presently
approved for this use. In all other respects the proposed STA complies with the present
technical requirements of the TV White Space rules stated in Subpart H of Part 15 of the
Commission's Rules.

Antenna Registration Question 4:

The following table summarizes the transmitters we are asking to use:




For all transmitters an 11dBi antenna, with 90o horizontal beamwidth, will be used giving an
EIRP of 7.9 W

Antenna Registration Question 5:

All antennas will be on the same tower at the 28.7m height level. The antenna proposed is not
registered with FCC. Here is the TOWAIR analysis:
