Authorization WF2XJQ was issued by the FCC on April 15, 2010, with an expiration
date of April 1, 2011. Your applicant seeks to renew the authorization and to add operations on a
portion of the Ka Band. Similarly situated applicants have received authority to operate
nationwide using the Ka Band (see, e.g. KI2XAH, KM2XBI and WF2XPE).

Grant of this application will serve the public interest by permitting your applicant to
continue the experimental use and operation of radio transmitting facilities in the development of
cutting edge mobile technology.
