Mr. Serafini,

In response to your Oct. 6th correspondence, we have researched your questions and would like to offer
a proposal, if we reduce our spectrum from (3550 MHz to 3700 MHZ) to (3350 MHz to 3600 MHz) would
that resolve the issues you had with our initial filing?

Would we still need to provide all of the additional information you sought in your correspondence? We
were hoping this proposal would resolve the interference problems you described in your letter. If so, we
will amend our filing accordingly.
