Message:

Our management asks for additional justification when using more than 50 units. Please provide
a description of why 200 units are needed and how they will be used.

Additionally, is it possible to delete the 2655-2690 MHz band and only operate in the 2500-
2655 MHz range? This would eliminate the need for some government coordination and mostly
likely help expedite your application. Otherwise, please provide a representative maximum
operating power for the 2500-2690 MHz band.

If you have any questions I can be reached at 202-418-2456.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above
referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of
May 15, 2003 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the
filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
