However, the FAA may change its position on the condition that the user provides the associated SPS certification that may have been associated with this radio platform. The FAA believes that this system may have been reviewed thru the SPS prior to its civilian purpose; therefore the FAA would like to be aware of any judgments or restrictions that may have been in place under any NTIA certification." The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of November 17, 2015 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
