Subject: Request for Info - File # 1113-EX-ST-2015
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

There are concerns with your request. Can you make any adjustments to accommodate these
concerns? If not, your application will be dismissed.

The requested band is 1207-1414 MHz.

Current comments:

National Science Foundation – Notch out 1400-1427 MHz – Passive Radio Astronomy Band

Transportation – Must notch 1227 +/- 15MHz – to protect GPS L2 satellite (1212.6-1242.6MHz)

NASA- No transmissions above 1400MHZ.

That leaves the following:

1207-1212.6 MHZ This is 5.6 MHz
1242.6-1400MHZ This is 157.4 MHz

Neither section is large enough for the requested 185MHz emission bandwidth.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of November 12, 2015 may result
in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section
1.1108.
