The FCC has opened frequencies in the Lower 700Mhz band. We need spectra to test this equipment for both LOS and NLOS use. There is no adjacent non-licensed frequencies available.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To test equipment designed for the lower 700MHz band. Do initial in and out of building signal path analysis in the actual band of operation.
