August 30, 2018 To Whom It May Concern: This is to certify that: ARRIS/Ruckus Networks is a manufacturer of radio frequency equipment (WiFi access points). The RF experimentation will be conducted by following a strict Test Plan defined and approved by ARRIS/Ruckus Networks in a controlled environment. ARRIS/Ruckus Networks will have a Project Manager in place to specifically follow the Test Plan, track results, and publish test results. ARRIS/Ruckus Networks has extensive RF experience and expertise with over 10 years developing and commercializing dozens of RF products and has a significant number of RF engineers on permanent staff. For the above reasons, I believe ARRIS/Ruckus Networks meets the Eligibility criteria for an Experimental License as set forth in the Commission Rules.
