PROGRESS REPORT OF AMBIENT CORPORATION’S TESTS
PURSUANT TO
EXPERIMENTAL LICENSE

Ambient Corporation (the “Company”) submits this six-month progress report in
accordance with the conditions of its Experimental License to evaluate broadband access via
carrier current systems over power lines.

Testing: The Company continues to have no BPL deployment, experimental or otherwise, and
has not conducted testing or additional evaluation in relation to its Experimental License since
the Company filed its last Progress Report in August 2010.
