NOTIFICATION
OF AMBIENT CORPORATION'S NEW TEST SITE
PURSUANT TO CONDITION OF
EXPERIMENTAL LICENSE

Ambient Corporation submits this notification about new test site and
cumulative listing of all test sites in accordance with the conditions of its
Experimental License to evaluate new Broadband Powerline Equipment in the
field
environment.

New Test Site operation:

Ambient Corporation entered into BPL Trial Agreement with FirstEnergy
Corporation to install Ambient Access BPL system (84 units) on 4 medium
voltage circuits in Brimfield, OH 44240.

This network started operation on December 1, 2006.

Existing Test Sites operating under Ambient Experimental Licence:

- Briar Cliff Manor, NY 10510 (35 units)
- Monsey, NY 10977 (13 units)
- New York, NY 10025 (11 units)
- San Diego, CA 92123 (10 units)
- Little Rock, AR 72211, 72206 (18 units)
