Rose:

Alcatel—Lucent may use the A2 frequencies, not the A1 frequencies. As a condition to Alcatel—Lucent‘s use of the
A2 frequencies, Alcatel—Lucent must coordinate with the regional BAS coordinator.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact me immediately.

Thanks.

Hi Shannon.

As the official frequency coordinator for Alcatel— Lucent , Comsearch is seeking your authorization to
permit temporary low power operations within T—Mobile License LLC‘s licensed spectrum in A Block
(2110 — 2120) at Boston Park Plaza hotel in Boston, MA on May 27 — 31, 2007. Alcatel—Lucent is
planning on testing their WCDMA equipment. Please see attached Cover letter and Request form. The
operation would fall under FCC Rule Part 5.3 (d) which allows experimental spectrum usage for
"technical demonstrations of equipment or techniques." Comsearch will perform the necessary
interference analyses between the temporary operations and incumbent microwave systems in the 2.1
GHz band to ensure that interference will not occur.
Please give me your feedback on it.
