Gogo recently filed pro forma assignment of license applications with the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) to assign nearly all of its FCC authorizations, including its existing experimental license, to its sister company, AC BidCo LLC (“AC BidCo”). See ELS File No. 0010-EX-AU-2016. Gogo and AC BidCo are indirect, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Gogo Inc. Gogo respectfully requests that OET change the applicant for the above-referenced application to AC BidCo, FRN 0014830616. This will avoid the need to file an application for a pro forma assignment of the STA after it is granted. Please contact the undersigned with any questions regarding this request.
