Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
3g Wireless LLC is filing an STA request to provide terrestrial video links for CBS Sports. 3g Wireless LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. CBS Sports has contracted 3g Wireless LLC to provide the necessary microwave links for RF video paths. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Tampa FL area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area 3g Wireless LLC requests the use of a channel in the 1435 - 1525MHz Telemetry Bands.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  3g Wireless LLC requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 1435-1525MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission's Rules. 3g Wireless LLC would submit for frequencies centered on 1440.0MHz, 1450.0MHz with a 8MHz bandwidth from November 29, 2020 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on November 30, 2020.
