Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
ESPN has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide wireless camera systems to operate within stadiums throughout the continental United States for their Supercross motocross telecasts. Due to the extreme frequency congestion throughout the United States, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events, 3G Wireless requests the use of these channels.
