Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
ESPN has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide wireless camera systems to operate within the Major League Baseball stadiums throughout the continental United States for their Sunday Night Baseball telecasts. Due to the extreme frequency congestion throughout the United States, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events, 3G Wireless requests the use of these channels.

The proposed service would enhance coverage of the events by providing on the spot pictures and camera control from mobile locations. that would not otherwise be available to the production company.
