Universal Space Network (USN) requests an STA to allow Chandrayaan-2 lunar science data collection at USN's Hawaiian earth station. This authority will allow USN to augment the mission data collection. USN requests this STA for 180 days to augment India's ability to explore the lunar polar regions as this data is needed by the NASA Artemis program in preparation for near future US/Japanese lunar missions and future lunar base. It is further requested that the current SES-STA-20201125-01271 remain active until the commission takes action on this request.
