Intelsat has filed an application to permanent license this antenna." Intelsat will continue performing operations in the following frequency bands: 10.95 — 12.75 GHz and 14.00 — 14.50 GHz. In further support of this extension request, Intelsat incorporates by reference Exhibit A, a radiation hazard analysis report, submitted with its original STA request. Grant of this STA extension request will allow Intelsat to successfully complete testing of customer equipment.
