STA Request E000232 provides service to the Defense Media Center ("DMC") located at March AFB. EQO0O0232 provides Armed: Forces Radio ("AFR") and Armed Forces Television ("AFT") to U.S. Military installations throughout the Pacific Rim. Due to operational and budgetary changes, DMC is temporarily required to change the satellite it uses to distribute AFR and AFT to ISS§19, or possibly ISS8. This change is taking place on February 19, 2015. The requested authorization will allow Allen Holdings, Inc. to continue to provide service to the military while modification of the current authorization is sought.
