Due to operational changes required at March AFB that will take effect on February 19, 2015, we are seeking special temporary authority to permit ED000232 to use an alternate satellite. Modification of our current operations is currently being coordinated and a modification application will be filed as soon as practicable. The requested authorization will allow Allen Holdings, Inc. to continue to provide service to the military while modification of the current authorization is sought.
