SAT— MOD—20090429—00047, SAT—MOD—20090429—00046, SES—MOD—20090429—00536 Dear Ms. Dortch: On March 12, 2010, Alex Good, Gary Epstein and Jeff Carlisle of SkyTerra Subsidiary LLC met with Chairman Julius Genachowski, Priya Aiyar, Mindel De La Torre, and Paul De Sa to discuss SkyTerra‘s Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) and Ancillary Terrestrial Component (ATC) technology. An ex parte with the presentation discussed at that meeting has been filed in GN Docket No. 09—51. During that discussion, SkyTerra representatives stated that grant of the application under the abovereferenced files is necessary to implement its Cooperation Agreement with Inmarsat and deploy its next generation network.
