(“SkyWave”) writes to notify the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC” or “Commission”) that it intends to file comments with respect to the above-referenced applications by the July 10, 2009 deadline established by the Commission. On April 29, 2009, SkyTerra Subsidiary LLC (“SkyTerra”) filed three identical applications for modification of its Ancillary Terrestrial Component (“ATC”) authority—one for each of its two U.S.-licensed satellites (AMSC-1 and MSV-1) and a third for its blanket license for mobile earth stations accessing its Canadian-licensed satellite (MSAT-1). The Commission placed SkyTerra’s applications on a space station public notice dated June 5, 20091 and an earth station public notice dated June 10, 2009.2 Thus, the deadlines for on the identical application are both 1 Policy Branch Information; Space Station Applications Accepted for Filing, Report No. SAT-00609, File Nos.
