                                            NOTICE

       Amtech Systems LLC (“Amtech”), by its attorneys, hereby notifies the Federal

Communications Commission (“FCC” or “Commission”) that it intends to file comments with

respect to the above-referenced applications by the July 10, 2009 deadline. As required by the

ATC Report and Order,1 on April 29, 2009, SkyTerra Subsidiary LLC (“SkyTerra”) filed three

identical applications for modification of its Ancillary Terrestrial Component (“ATC”)

authority—one for each of its two U.S.-licensed satellites (AMSC-1 and MSV-1) and one for its

blanket license for mobile earth stations accessing its Canadian-licensed satellite (MSAT-1).

The Commission accepted for filing SkyTerra’s modification application on a space station

public notice dated June 5, 20092 and an earth station public notice dated June 10, 2009.3 Thus,

comments on the identical application are permitted on both July 6, 2009 and July 10, 2009.4 As

discussed with FCC staff, Amtech intends to file on July 10, 2009.
