MCI requests approval for the nunc pro tunc assignment of earth station E030274 from MCI WorldCom Network Services, Inc. (debtor−in−possession) to MCI WorldCom Network Services, Inc., pursuant to the Commission’s approval by Memorandum Opinion and Order released 12/19/03 of the transfer of control contemplated by MCI’s emergence from Chapter 11 (FCC 03−319). The application for earth station E030274 was filed during the pendency of the bankruptcy, and granted by the Commission’s Public Notice of 12/17/03 (Report SES−00561). This will correct the licensee name to reflect it is no longer the debtor in possession. 15
