Planet Labs shall avoid interfering with existing space agency missions using the same ground stations by yielding priority to said missions when scheduling conflicts arise. Licensee/grantee is afforded thirty (30) days from the date of release of this action to decline the grant as conditioned. Failure to respond within this period will constitute formal acceptance of the grant as conditioned. This action is taken pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission‘s rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. § 0.261, and is effective upon release. SAT—STA—20170225—00022, SAT—STA—20170407—00059, and SAT—STA— 20170511—00072 incorporated herein by reference, to communicate in the 8025—8400 MHz band with ground stations in Troll, Antarctica and Punta Arenas, Chile. Grant of this extension request will provide Planet with the additional downlink capacity needed to support the transmission of imaging data from its satellite constellation pending the filing of its permanent application for an earth station in Inuvik, Canada, and accordingly serves the public interest.
