Accordingly, DIRECTV IS AUTHORIZED to operate its Fixed-Satellite Service (FSS) Ka-band space station, SPACEWAY 1, at the 102.885’ W .1,. orbital location in the 18.3-1 8N19.7-20.2 GHz (Downlink) and 28.35-28.60/29.25-30.00 GHz (Upliiili) frequency bands. This authorization is granted in accordance with the teriiis, conditions, and technical ations set forth in DIRECTV’s application, this Attachment, and the ust coordinate all of its Ka-band downlink operations with Federal satellite systems, both geostationary and non-geostationary, in accordance with te US334 to the Table of Frequency Allocations, 47 C.F.R. 5 2.106.
