Dear Ms. Dortch:

On March 22, 2016, Harrison Caudill, Jonathan Rosenblatt, and Spiro Sarris, each of Spire Global,
Inc. (“Spire”), and Trey Hanbury and Tony Lin, counsel for Spire, participated in a conference call
with Karl Kensinger, Deputy Division Chief of the International Bureau (“Bureau”) Satellite Division.
Spire requested that the Bureau modify the recent partial grant of the above application1 to include
additional authority for data downlink and telemetry, tracking and command (or TT&C) transmissions
in the 402-403 MHz band (space-to-Earth), as requested in the application.2

Pursuant to Section 1.1206(b) of the Commission’s rules, this letter is being filed electronically in the
above-referenced proceeding.3 Please direct any questions regarding this submission to the
