       At the request of the International Bureau staff, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC
(“DIRECTV”) hereby provides supplemental technical information in support of the above
referenced application to operate DIRECTV 1R at the 109.8° W.L. orbital location. Specifically,
information regarding the approximate amount of residual helium and xenon gas that cannot be
vented at the end of operational life is as follows:
