The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Intelsat License LLC requests modification of its authorization for the Intelsat 10 space station to specify operations at 47.5° E.L. instead of at
Intelsat 10's currently authorized location of 68.5° E.L. Intelsat requests authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service at 47.5° E.L. using the
3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth),
12.25-12.5 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also requests
authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions at 47.5° E.L. using the following center frequencies: 12.7475 GHz and 12.7485
GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat requests waiver of Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c)
of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c) and, to the extent necessary, Sections 25.164(a) and 25.165 of the rules,
47 C.F.R. §§ 25.164(a) and 25.165.
