On April 4, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180 days, to
continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions necessary to drift the Intelsat 701 space station from its currently authorized
orbital location of 157.0° E.L. to the 29.5° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz
(Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth).

in the pending license-modification application in IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20080701-00140.

continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 5 space station from the 169.0° E.L. orbital
location to the 65.45° E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 14.498 GHz and 13.999 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 11.451
GHz, 11.452 GHz, and 11.454 GHz (space-to-Earth).

On April 4, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc., for a period of 60 days, to:
(1) operate the AMC-5 space station at the 80.85° W.L. orbital location, rather than 80.90° W.L.; (2) continue to provide Fixed-Satellite Service,
including Direct-to-Home services, in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (3) change
the east-west station-keeping tolerance of the AMC-5 space station from +/- 0.1 degrees to +/- 0.15 degrees.
