Nature of Service:       Earth Exploration Satellite Service


On January 24, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of DG Consents Sub, Inc. for modification of its Earth
Exploration Satellite Service space station license to add authority to launch and operate a fourth non-geostationary-orbit remote-sensing space
station, WorldView-3. Specifically, WorldView-3 is authorized to transmit remote-sensing data and telemetry signals in the 8025-8400 MHz
frequency band from a circular orbit with altitudes between 496 and 830 kilometers, depending on the launch vehicle used, and with inclination
between 97.36 degrees and 98.7 degrees, and to continue telemetry transmissions in the 8025-8400 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band at
altitudes below 496 kilometers during the decommissioning phase. WorldView-3 is also authorized to operate on a center frequency of
2085.6875 MHz to receive command signals.

Nature of Service:       Fixed Satellite Service, Mobile Satellite Service


On January 24, 2013, the Satellite Division granted the application of LightSquared Subsidiary LLC to extend the license term of the MSAT-2
space station at 103.3º W.L. until December 31, 2013. MSAT-2 provides service to customers in the following frequency bands: 1530-1544 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 1545-1559 MHz (space-to-Earth), 1631.5-1645.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 1646.6-1660.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). Feeder links for
MSAT-2 are in the 13.0-13.15 GHz and 13.20-13.25 GHz frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command operations for MSAT-2 use the
following center frequencies: 11.7005 GHz and 11.701 GHz (space-to-Earth); 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space).
