The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Special Temporary Authority


Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions
necessary to drift the Galaxy 11 space station from its currently authorized orbital location of 55.5° W.L. to the 55.6° W.L. orbital location, and to
maintain Galaxy 11 upon its arrival at 55.6° W.L., using the following center frequencies: 11.701 GHz and 11.702 GHz (space to Earth); and
14.0005 GHz and 14.4985 GHz (Earth to space). Intelsat also requests special temporary authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Galaxy
11 during the drift to and upon arrival at the 55.6° W.L. orbital location in the 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth),
and 13.75-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
