SAT-A/O-20120817-00137 E S2369 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Authorization to Operate Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/21/2012 Nature of Service: Other On December 21, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to operate its DIRECTV 1R space station at the 55.8º E.L. orbital location to provide Broadcasting-Satellite Service in the 12.2-12.5 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band and to receive feeder links in the 17.3-17.6 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band. In addition, DIRECTV is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain the DIRECTV 1R space station at the 55.8º E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 17.305 GHz and 17.799 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 12.69825 GHz and 12.69925 GHz (space-to-Earth). SAT-STA-20130102-00003 E S2460 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 01/10/2013 On January 10, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days, to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions necessary to maintain the Intelsat 8 space station at the 169.0° E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 12.747 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.748 GHz (space- to-Earth) and the 13.998 GHz (Earth-to-space) . Intelsat is also authorized to operate Intelsat 8 temporarily at the 169.0º E.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
