SAT-STA-20121126-00202 E S2398 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/19/2012 On December 19, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a period of 30 days to perform tracking, telemetry, and command operations with the Intelsat 707 space station to execute end-of-life maneuvers. These maneuvers are intended to boost Intelsat 707 from its current location at 53.0° W.L. to a disposal orbit with a minimum perigee altitude of 150 kilometers above the geostationary arc. Intelsat is authorized to use the following center frequencies for these operations: 3948.0 MHz and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20121203-00205 E S2369 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/14/2012 On December 14, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, for a period of 30 days to conduct in-orbit testing of DIRECTV 1R at the 55.8 E.L. orbital location using the 12.2-12.5 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20121207-00210 E S2110 Iridium Constellation LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/19/2012 On December 19, 2012, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to Iridium Constellation LLC for a period of 60 days to modify the operations of its 'Big LEO' band non-geostationary satellite orbit constellation. Specifically, Iridium is authorized to continue to operate satellite SV023 as a non-transmitting spare satellite approximately 300 kilometers behind satellite SV094 at an altitude of approximately 778 kilometers. SAT-STA-20121210-00212 E S2400 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/20/2012 On December 20, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to continue to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 701 at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 701 at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3948.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6173.7 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20121210-00213 E S2110 Iridium Constellation LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/19/2012 On December 19, 2012, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to Iridium Constellation LLC, for a period of 60 days, to continue to co-locate one of its spare in-orbit satellites with another satellite in its orbital constellation. On December 20, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations with the Intelsat 706 space station necessary to drift the Intelsat 706 space station from the 72.0º E.L. orbital location to the 157.0º E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20121211-00215 E S2388 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/20/2012 On December 20, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to effect the drift of Intelsat 702 from the 47.5º E.L. orbital location to the 33.0° E.L. orbital location, using the 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies. Intelsat is also authorized, on a temporary basis, to operate Intelsat 702 in inclined orbit mode at the 33.0° E.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
