Date Filed: 10/18/2012 18:36:43:97000
Modification

Intelsat License LLC seeks to modify its authorization for the Galaxy 11 space station to specify operations at 44.8° W.L., instead of at Galaxy
11's currently authorized location of 55.5° W.L. Intelsat requests authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service at 44.8° W.L. in the 10.95-11.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also seeks authority to conduct
telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center frequencies: 11.701 GHz and 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005
GHz and 14.4985 GHz (Earth-to-space). Further, Intelsat asks that the waivers of Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c) previously granted to
Galaxy 11 at the 55.5° W.L. orbital location continue to apply to its operations at the 44.8° W.L. orbital location. In addition, Intelsat requests
waivers of Footnote 2 of Section 25.202(a)(1), Footnote NG104 of Section 2.106, Section 25.114(d)(3), and conditional waivers of Sections
25.164(a) and 25.165.
