SAT-LOA-20121101-00190 E S2888 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Date Filed: 11/01/2012 13:51:42:73300 Launch and Operating Authority DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, requests authority to construct, launch and operate a space station, to be known as KU-76W, which will provide direct-to-home Fixed-Satellite Service from the 76.0° W.L. orbital location in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command operations will be provided using the following center frequencies: 11.704 GHz and 11.705 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.005 GHz and 14.495 GHz (Earth-to-space). XM Radio LLC is currently authorized to provide SDARS via XM-3 at the 85.15° W.L. orbital location in the 2332.5-2345 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band and to receive feeder link transmissions in the 7025-7075 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band.
