The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20121105-00191 E S2460 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/28/2012 On November 28, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 60 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 8 space station from the 166.0° E.L. orbital location to the 169.0° E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 12.747 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.748 GHz (space- to-Earth), and 13998 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat is also authorized to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 8 at the 169.0º E.L. orbital location on a temporary basis in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20121107-00193 E S2401 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/28/2012 On November 28, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations with the Intelsat 706 space station necessary to drift the Intelsat 706 space station from the 72.0º E.L. orbital location to the 157.0º E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20121107-00194 E S2400 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/28/2012 On November 28, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to continue to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 701 at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 701 at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3948.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6173.7 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20121119-00199 E S2382 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/28/2012 On November 28, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 10 space station from the 68.5º E.L. orbital location to the 47.5° E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 12.7475 GHz and 12.7485 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat is also authorized, on a temporary basis, to operate Intelsat 10 at the 47.5° E.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20121119-00200 E S2229 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/28/2012 On November 28, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 7 space station from the 68.65º E.L. orbital location to the 59.85° E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 11.451 GHz and 11.453 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 13.998 GHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat is also authorized, on a temporary basis, to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 7 at the 59.85° E.L. orbital location in the 3400-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6425-6725 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20121120-00201 E S2704 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/28/2012 On November 28, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 5 space station from the 169.0° E.L. orbital location to the 65.45° E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 14.498 GHz and 13.999 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 11.451 GHz, 11.452 GHz, and 11.454 GHz (space-to-Earth).
