The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Intelsat License LLC requests modification of its authorization for the Intelsat 702 space station to specify operations in an inclined orbit at 33.0°
E.L. instead of at Intelsat 702's currently authorized location of 47.5° E.L. Intelsat requests authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service at 33.0°
E.L. using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also requests authority to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions at 33.0° E.L. using the center frequencies of 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz, and
3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat also requests that the waivers originally granted to the
Intelsat 702 spacecraft continue to apply at the 33.0º E.L. location, namely, the waivers of Sections 25.202(g), 25.210(a)(1), 25.210(a)(3),
25.210(i) and 25.211(a) of the Commission's rules.
