The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's

Special Temporary Authority


Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions
necessary to drift the Intelsat 10 space station from the 68.5° E.L. orbital location to the 47.5° E.L. orbital location, and to maintain Intelsat 10
upon its arrival at 47.5° E.L., using the following frequencies: 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space); 12.7475 GHz and 12.7485 MHz
GHz (space-to-Earth). Intelsat also requests special temporary authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 10 at 47.5° E.L. in the
3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz and 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

necessary to drift the Intelsat 7 space station from the 68.65º E.L. orbital location to the 59.85° E.L. orbital location, and to maintain Intelsat 7
upon its arrival at 59.85° E.L., using the 11.451 GHz and 11.453 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.998 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies. Intelsat
also requests special temporary authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 7 at 59.85° E.L. in the 3400-3700 MHz (space-to-Earth),
6425-6725 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space)
frequency bands.
