In addition, Gogo requests authority for reception of downlinks from Intelsat 19 in the 12.25-12.75 GHz band in Region 2, including portions of U.S. airspace. Gogo requests waiver of the Table of Frequency Allocations in Section 2.106 of the Commission's rules to permit use of these downlink bands for aircraft earth stations on a non-interference, unprotected basis, both within and outside of U.S. airspace. Gogo also requests waivers of Section 25.202(a)(1) of the Commission's rules and Footnote NG104 of the Table of Allocations to permit reception in the 10.95-11.2 GHz and 11.45-11.7 GHz bands for U.S. domestic service.
