On September 25, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Intelsat License LLC to modify the authority for its
C-band space station, Galaxy 12. Intelsat is authorized to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via the Galaxy 12 space station at the 129.0º W.L.
orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Additionally, Intelsat is
authorized to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Command operations with the Galaxy 12 space station at the 129.0° W.L. orbital location using
the following frequencies: 4198.0 and 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth); 4198.0 and 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth); 6424.5 MHz
(Earth-to-space); and 6425.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).

On September 27, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat License LLC to modify its authorization for the
Galaxy 25 space station at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location by extending the license term from June 30, 2012, until December 31, 2016. Intelsat is
authorized to continue to operate Galaxy 25 at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Services in the in the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On September 26, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30
days, to continue to operate Intelsat 701 at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 3700-4200 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to continue to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 701 at the 157.0º E.L. orbital location, using the following
center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3948.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth),
6173.7 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space).

On September 26, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30
days, to continue telemetry, tracking, and command functions with the Intelsat 706 space station necessary to effect the drift of the space station
from the 72.0º E.L. orbital location to the 157.0º E.L. orbital location, using center frequencies of 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz , 3952.5 MHz, and
3952.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space).

On September 27, 2012, the Satellite Division determined that Intelsat License LLC met the launch and operation milestone associated with
the Intelsat 20 space station (Call Sign 2847) at the 68.5° E.L. orbital location. The Satellite Division previously determined that Intelsat had
met the first three milestones for this space station. Consequently, Intelsat License LLC may release the bond associated with Call Sign
2847, as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order, and Further
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station
Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004).
